Additional Permits

Parking permits are specific to the vehicle they are assigned to.  Parking permits have the vehicle license number on the permit and can only be displayed on the correct vehicle.  Vehicles displaying a parking permit with a different license number are subject to citation.

If a vehicle is sold or is no longer used for transportation to the campus, the permit can be transferred to a new vehicle.  The issued permit must be removed from the sold vehicle and brought to the police department on the Visalia campus.  A new permit will be issued that is specific to the new vehicle.  One transfer per semester will be allowed at no charge to the student.  Additional transfers after the first one will be charged $10.00 per transfer.

If a student has more than one vehicle, additional permits may be purchased online at the reduced cost of $10.00 per permit, when the vehicles are registered at the same address. To obtain a second permit, provide proof to the District Police that the additional vehicle/s are registered to the same address as the first permitted vehicle. For this process, we ask that you bring in both vehicle registrations to the District Police Departm
