It's Your Money: Why Not Use It?

You, the employer, pay the Employment Training Tax through your Unemployment Insurance deduction! The Employment Training Panel (ETP) is a business and labor-supported state agency that assists employers in strengthening their competitive edge by providing funds to off-set the costs of job skills training. The mission of the COS Training Resource Center is to advance the economic growth and global competitiveness of business and industry in our region by:

  • developing networks and partnerships that allow for information exchange and increased opportunities to bring needed workforce resources to our region
  • delivering customized training and consulting services that provide a return-on-investment for the business served
  • adding value and richness to the lives of those who live or relocate to the area by offering continuing education or community services course, workshops or special events that promote life-long learning
